By registering as a potential supplier, ECA LNG guarantees strict compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

In this regard, ECA LNG will process your personal data for the following primary and necessary purposes:

• To contact the supplier and follow up on matters related to their registration as a potential supplier or as an active supplier of ECA LNG
• To share your data with third parties related to ECA LNG under a non-disclosure agreement for private information (for example, its main Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contractors)
• To evaluate you as a potential supplier
• To use your data to address matters related to credit granted by the supplier
• To manage procedures related to the delivery of products and/or services requested from the supplier
• To manage returns related to the supply of products or services
• To prepare documents, contracts, agreements, invoices, receipts, and other documentation related to the legal relationship with the supplier
• To evaluate the quality of products and/or services
• To ensure compliance with the contractual terms and conditions established between the supplier and ECA LNG
• To carry out all activities necessary to fulfill any legal and commercial relationship between the supplier and ECA LNG

Important to consider:

By registering as a potential supplier, you should be aware of the importance of complying with various aspects that are taken into account for a formal invitation to submit a commercial proposal or participate in a bidding process:

Safety

• Provide an inventory of personal protective equipment for employees (where applicable)
• Ensure employee registration with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS)
• Have a Safety Procedures Manual
• Provide evidence of safety training for workers and employees, or a commitment to provide such training as established in the corresponding contract

Infrastructure

• Have adequate minimum tools and equipment, in proper condition, to deliver the service offered as a potential supplier/contractor
• Ability to provide bonding and liability insurance coverage
• Adequate facilities (workshops, warehouses, etc.), as applicable to the type of service or goods offered
• Compliance with the requirements of the Tax Administration Service (SAT)

Qualifications

• Have certified and qualified personnel for the relevant tasks related to the goods and/or services offered
• Proven work experience
• Curriculum vitae of managerial and supervisory personnel
